The Community Center is an amenity of the Pelican Landing Community Association.  This 14,900 square-foot building houses the Association's Administration Office, Privacy Office, Fitness Center, and meeting/activity rooms.  One section of the building contains an area capable of being partitioned into six separate rooms for meetings, classes, activities, and events that can be held simultaneously, if needed.  The movable partitions allow for flexibility in accommodating either small or large events.  First use of meeting rooms is reserved for the Association's Board of Directors, Design Review Committee (DRC), Unit Owners Committee (UOC), and Subcommittees.  Outside and behind this building is Pelican Landing's newest amenity, bocce courts constructed in January 2006.  The Activities Director is in charge of scheduling a wide variety of activities and social events requested by the residents of Pelican Landing.  Use of the Community Center is restricted to Pelican Landing residents and their guests.
