THE POINTE
at Pelican Landing

THE  POINTE consists of 160 units  representing  53  Coach Homes  and  108 Carriage Houses.  The 160 units have either a lovely lake and fountain view or serene views of Spring Creek and its preserve.  Jack Lieber is our Landscape Architect, beautifying our landscape plantings with his creative ideas.  Owners can store canoe/kayaks at our canoe dock and explore the preserve and creek all the way to Estero Bay.

While 20% of our residents live here full time, others are snowbirds.  We have people of all ages in our neighborhood from all regions of the USA, the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Germany, etc.

Board meetings, dates and minutes are posted on the main bulletin board in front of The Pointe clubhouse and on boards in each of the mid-rise buildings by the elevators.  Minutes of our board meetings and news updates are sent out via email to all owners that register for this service with Ruth Dziomba at rdziomba@earthlink.net.  These addresses are not publicly shared.

As part of a warm and very friendly community, our Pointe social committee plans parties, cookouts, trips, theater parties, ball games, and a “Happy Hour” held on the 1^st and 3^rd Thursday of each month,  a great way to meet new friends and socialize.

Residents contribute to the community in many ways as volunteers saving us thousands of dollars.
