The beautiful Pelican Landing community encompasses 2,365 acres in Bonita Springs, Florida. It is bordered on the south by Spring Creek, a designated 'Outstanding Florida Water,' and on the west by Estero Bay, an aquatic preserve leading to the Gulf of Mexico.

The careful planning and development of Pelican Landing has preserved the pristine natural beauty of this community. Winding roadways throughout the community are shadowed by majestic live oaks, pine trees, and other native trees and vegetation.

The first residents of the community moved into Pelican Landing in February 1990. Since then, Pelican Landing has grown to include single family homes, villas, coach homes, garden condominiums, mid-rise condominiums, and bay-front high-rise condominiums.

The Pelican Landing Community Association, Inc. (PLCA) is the master association for the community. The Association is dedicated to maintaining the natural beauty and integrity of Pelican Landing, controlling access to the community, and managing recreational amenities.
